We are thrilled to officially announce the upcoming Rivalz zNode Sale - your chance to join the AI revolution by becoming a part of Rivalz, a decentralized AI Intel layer designed to support modular AI applications with an emphasis on provenance and privacy.

Rivalz features a DePIN - a P2P node infrastructure - for secure data processing and storage, and an Agentic Data Coordination Service that provides the next generation of data validation for AI Agents. Unlike traditional web3 data systems, Rivalz is specifically tailored for AI applications, ensuring AI-ready data latency, validation, confidentiality, and secure access.

What are Validator zNodes?

Validator zNodes serve as the backbone of the DePIN Layer's infrastructure by performing critical Intel management functions. zNodes act as gatekeepers massively improving our DePINs Intel integrity, decentralization and privacy.

Why Run a Validator zNode?

Validator zNodes play a crucial role in maintaining the infrastructure of the DePIN Layer by tracking data inflows and outflows and flagging malicious rClient actors. Contributing to this system makes you a valuable supporter of the Rivalz Ecosystem and ensures the operational success of the Rivalz Network.

Prior to TGE users will have the ability to choose whether they would like to BURN the node and get instant rewards or HOLD the node and get more significant rewards and long-term benefits. Below is a breakdown of the 2 options:

Option 1: BURN the zNode (Liquid)

Burn zNode before TGE and receive 50% of your reserved tokens (16,891 $RIZ) immediately at TGE. We call this the BurnDrop.
Remaining 50% of $RIZ will be split: half would go to the Ecosystem Pool, and the other half to increase reserved $RIZ for those who Hold.

Note: If you burn the zNode you will not be eligible for the Airdrop reserved for the zNodes and you will be disqualified from any additional benefit that comes with the HOLD option. Airdrop from Testnet participation will NOT be affected by this.

Option 2: HOLD the zNode

Emissions in $sRIZ (staked $RIZ).
Share 25% of Total $RIZ supply over 2 years.
Share 2% of Total $RIZ supply during initial airdrop.
Receive 25% of $RIZ reserved from burned nodes.
Additional benefits after 2 years: Airdrops from Ecosystem Projects, Governance, Boosted Staking, Active Validation Rewards, rClient Slashing Rewards.

Running the Node and Technical Requirements

We have partnered with Node as a service providers (NaaS) such as NodeOps, Easeflow, RapidNode and others for easy 1/2-click deployment. Check the section below for more information on technical requirements.

Technical Requirements

Technical RequirementsMinimum requirements are the bare minimum to run the Validator Node, while recommended requirements will provide better performance. Our Validator Node software currently only runs on MacOS X, and Linux kernel 5.4 (Linux 6.0+ is better). You can use the Linux Subsystem to run the Validator Node on Windows. Or you can use Node Operators.

How to Get Whitelisted?

There are multiple ways you can get whitelisted in the Rivalz zNode Sale:

Testnet: Participating in the Intel Incentivized Testnet is your easiest bet to get Whitelisted for the upcoming Rivalz zNode Sale. Get a whitelist on our Testnet.

Partnered Communities and KOLs: There will be 5 different waves, lasting about 10 days and each wave new partners and their communities will be whitelisted for the Rivalz zNode Sale.

Goldpasses: There are 9,000 GoldPasses up for grabs allowing you to get whitelisted and also the chance to purchase a node at Tier 1 price. Be active on our Testnet, community and or Keep an eye out for KOLs and Partner giveaways for Goldpasses.

Wave And Tier Structure

Once the node sale starts it will happen across 5 different waves. Waves will last about 10 days each and with each new wave, more partners and their communities will get whitelisted to participate in the node sale. Being whitelisted in one wave allows participation in any subsequent waves.

The Node sale will be structured in Tiers, providing opportunities for both large investors and individual enthusiasts. This tiered approach ensures fair access and distribution, allowing a diverse group of participants to shape the Rivalz ecosystem.

The Tier system is designed more transparently so that users have a clear idea of how many tokens they will get with each node (33,783 $RIZ per node). There is no implied FDV, you know the exact Real FDV when participating in our zNode Sale. The Real FDV will not change depending on the number of people who decide to purchase nodes, making the process more fair for users and eliminating the need to speculate on how many tokens they get with each node.

Waves will consist of access to zNodes from Tier 3 to Tier 5, while select power users from communities and Rivalz testnet participation will have access to lower Tiers. For example in Wave 1, Rivalz Testnet rClient users in Epoch 1 will have access to Tier 2.
